Bags Belt Conveyors ( Slat Type Belt Conveyors ) ( Portable Belt Conveyors ) :
SIZE : 50 feet, 30 feet and 20 feet lengths.
Frame
M.S. Fabricated frames out of M.S. Angles and steel tubes. Steel structure of the conveyor frames are designed to the full load. For the 50 feet length Belt Conveyors steel structure will be 2" OD `B` Class tube with 35 X 35 X 5 and 25 X 25 X5 angle.
For 30 feet and 20 feet length belt conveyors steel structure will 1.5" OD `B` Class
tube with 35 X 35 X 5 and 25 X 25 X 5 angle.
Belt
The Rubber Endless belt of size 650 mm width, l0 mm thick, 3 / 4 ply, 3mm top and 1.5mm bottom rubber cover.
Nylon fabric , M-24 grade, (I.S. 1891 ) ISI Standard
Idlers
Idlers Rollers will be out of 76.2mm OD tube with 6203 bearings and oil seal permanently greased and dust proof. The distance between carrying Idlers will be 610mm and returning Idlers will be 2500mm.
Drive and Driven Pulley
50 feel length 250 mm and 300mm dia X 700mm long.
30 & 20 feet length 200mm and 250mm dia X 700mm long.
Tyre
Each conveyor will be provided with pneumatic ADV tyre wheels for easy moment.
Wheel Size
50 feet length - ADV 600 x 19
30 feet length - ADV 500 x 19
20 feet length - ADV 500 x 19
Drive Unit
It consists of Kirloskar / Siemens / Crompton or Standard make
Electric Motor and Shanti / Radicon / Elecon make gear boxes.
50 feet length-Motor 3 H.P, A-337 or 3.54'' Reduction Gear Box
30 feet length-Motor 2H.P, A-287 or 3'' Reduction Gear Box
20 feet length-Motor 2H.P, A-287 or 3'' Reduction Gear Box
Speed
Approx. speed of the conveyor belts will be about 82 feet per minute.
Capacity
Conveying capacity of the Belt Conveyor units will be about 750 to 800 bags per hour
Skirt Plate
Each conveyor will be provided with side skirt of M.S. plate with necessary brackets for initial guide.
Take Up unit
Each conveyor will be provided with screw type take up for correct adjustment of Belt tension
Electricals
Only Electric Motor and suitable starter will be provided by us.
Required switches, cables and plugs points to be provided by the
factory scope
Painting
Steel structure of the conveyor will be painted with one coat of Red oxide Metal Primer and one coat of ink Blue paint or as per requirements.
